The insured acknowledges and agrees to allow Sunday Ins Co., Ltd. as a non-life insurance broker to proceed to refund directly to the insured. The insured will receive a refund of the insurance premium according to the conditions specified in the insurance policy after deducting the discount such as cash coupon or other lump sum discount and expenses incurred as specified by the company. However, the insured will receive a refund from the company within 15 days from the date of complete termination according to the conditions of the insurance policy.
